This collaborative metaevaluation has been deidentified to preserve the identify of the client. The goal was to assess not just programs, but the evaluations conducted on them. Using Stufflebeam's checklist and the Joint Committee's standards, our team of seven produced a comprehensive consumer report, synthesis, and recommendation set showing that none of the five evaluated reports met full standards at either the conservative or moderate rigor level.
As the sole evaluator on this engagement, I developed the full evaluation infrastructure for The Florida Aquarium's demonstrative programming — from proposal to instrument design to analysis and reporting. The resulting findings report identified facility-wide signage gaps, scheduling inconsistencies, and content delivery patterns across nine programs, providing leadership with evidence-based recommendations they could act on immediately.
